- This policy applies to all bookings made through TheTravel360, including accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services.
- Refund eligibility and processing vary depending on the type of booking, supplier policies, and timing of the request.
2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations by Customers:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and at least 7 days before the travel date) are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date may incur cancellation fees, as per the supplier’s policy.
- Non-refundable bookings (e.g., promotional packages or last-minute deals) are not eligible for refunds.
- Cancellations by Suppliers:
- If a supplier cancels a booking, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.
4. Amendments and Rebooking
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and supplier policies.
- Fees may apply for changes to dates, times, or other booking details.

5. Force Majeure

- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.
